Telviva was looking to re-establish and strengthen its market leadership position, differentiate from competitors, elevate the brand and position themselves as thought-leaders in the local cloud-based communications sphere.
Solution
A combination of PR and LinkedIn posts was used to re-establish and strengthen the brands market leadership position by highlighting Telviva’s world-class, locally developed cloud service. For PR thought-leadership, opinion content and press releases were used, For LinkedIn, a combination of organic posting for awareness and website click campaigns for lead-generation/ referral traffic was used.
Results
Over a six-month period, DUO secured 39 pieces of media coverage, with 4 thought leaderships written exclusively for ITWeb’s Industry Insights Columns. Best performing content included those that educate readers and provide industry insight, as well as those that were timed to take advantage of news cycles.
LinkedIn brand awareness posting resulted in an average of 740 impressions, 98 engagements per month and an increase of 293 followers. LinkedIn lead generation campaigns resulted in 20 000 campaign views, among a high-value audience, and 83 clicks through to the Telviva website.

Some of the highlights include securing an IT Web Industry Insights Column to submit a thought leadership every two months for Telviva Chief Commercial Officer Rob Lith, to reaffirm his position as a thought leader in the cloud-based communications sphere.
