Principal Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide organisational coordination and administrative support to the team on all SLAs and projects
  • Provide assistance to the Operations Efficiencies Manager with campaign management on B2B platforms
  • Support the AD/ AM with any client requirements including creating briefing documents, research, saving recordings, researching events and awards, managing deadlines, updating media lists,etc.
  • Perform research to support the delivery of technology-orientated press announcements
  • Social Media Management and Scheduling: Manage various social media platforms and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence for DUO
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Reviewing design briefs and V1 of designs to ensure alignment with the brief
  • Ensure a seamless working environment by providing effective cross-functional communication
  • Scheduling meetings where necessary and ensuring all preparation for the meeting including status documents, agendas, meeting take-outs and Asana updates
  • Regularly update tasks on the relevant platform including deadlines

 

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Matric – Essential
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on traffic management, social media management, and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com – Essential
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite – Advantageous
  • Effective Time management – Essential
