Global Studio Traffic Manager

Role Summary: 

We are seeking a super organised, laser-focused, and exceptionally detail-oriented Global Studio Traffic Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of world-class content and digital campaigns for our international technology clients. This role is paramount to ensuring that all projects, from Deep Dive Discovery through to Performance Optimisation, are managed with rigorous quality assurance measures and delivered on brief and on time. You will serve as a key point of contact, fostering the deeply integrated, partner-based relationship with clients and effectively managing our team of senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the aggregation of best-fit senior-level resources (writers, designers, researchers, analysts, etc.) for each unique client project, ensuring the perfect blend of talent is assembled.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from the deep dive discovery phase to concept development, content creation, and data-led analysis.
  • Ensure seamless execution and delivery of content, on brief and on time.
  • Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance measures throughout the content creation process.
  • Serve as a key client contact, fostering the deeply integrated, partner-based relationship and ensuring proactive communication that efficiently manages client expectations.
  • Ensure that all work produced is accurate, relevant, and precise.
  • Manage quotes and costs like your life depended on it
  • Ensure all documentation is shared on Monday.com for full transparency, collaboration and enablement of best practice at DUO
  • Ensure a cohesive tone of voice and consistent brand messaging and design across all content developed.
  • Oversee the monitoring and testing of content performance, working with analysts to deliver insights and optimise results
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A Degree is essential 
  • Proven experience in Agency as a traffic manager of digital marketing projects, preferably within the technology sector (speed, flexibility and adaptability are key skills for this role)
  • Experience managing teams of senior-level creative and analytical specialists.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong commitment to quality assurance and accuracy.
  • Strong focus and the ability to ensure projects remain aligned with client briefs and strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of data-led content analysis and testing methodologies is beneficial.
