We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Digital PR Campaign & Growth Specialist to join our fully remote team. This is a hands-on execution role for a communicator or marketer who is a digital native, and lives in the dashboards of Google, LinkedIn, and other popular social media platforms.
You aren’t a website or app developer, but a power-user of digital tools to maximise the performance of a brand’s website and social media accounts. You will be responsible for the “full-stack” of digital delivery – from drafting proposals for paid campaigns, setting up funnels and optimising content for traditional and AI search, to creating the reports that prove impact and value for our B2B and B2C tech clients.
You must also be comfortable working with tech clients, collaborating with internal teams, and staying ahead of industry trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to technology clients.
- Align digital campaigns with clients’ business objectives to maximise brand visibility, build credibility, and drive quality referral traffic and lead generation.
- Optimise digital marketing efforts using performance data and industry best practices.
SEO & SEM
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimisation strategies.
- Develop keyword strategies that enhance organic visibility and improve search rankings.
- Stay informed of developments and growing trends, i.e. voice search, AEO/GEO, zero-click search, etc.
Content Marketing
- Work with the broader team to develop compelling content – social media posts, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles – that is optimised for SEO and user engagement.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including video, webinars, and infographics.
Social Media and Paid Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok.

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads effectively.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email subject lines, content and design, and CTAs.

- Track and analyse digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Generate detailed reports, providing insights, comparative data, and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution modelling to assess ROI.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website performance.
- Analyse user behaviour and optimise landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and user experience (UX) enhancements to improve lead generation.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Present digital marketing strategies and performance reports to clients and internal teams.
- Provide training and insights on digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with PR, content, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
