The media training programme is designed to equip spokespeople with the necessary know-how to hone messages and handle even the trickiest interviewer. The primary objective for our workshop is to prepare company spokespeople to face the media and help create a messaging blueprint that becomes a point of reference for future engagement with the press.
The agenda for the four hour media training is outlined below:

- Dealing with crises
- Social media
- Roleplay (time permitting)
The workshop is facilitated by a DUO team member and a journalist, who have extensive knowledge of working with and in the media.
