Positioning Vox as a Leading Voice in South Africa’s Tech Landscape

This entailed brand awareness and a unique PR strategy for each of the Vivica entities, including Vox, Armata Cyber Security, Nymbis Cloud Solutions, Guardian Eye (including AVA), and qwerti. 

The goal was to enhance engagement with existing and potential clients, reach and resonate with business decision-makers, and build meaningful relationships with key media to drive long-term interest, credibility, and trust in Vox and its subsidiary entities. By achieving these objectives, Vox sought to solidify its position as a leading player in the industry to ensure its continued growth and success.

PR Results


DUO successfully maintained a strong market presence and built brand awareness through a comprehensive communications strategy that leveraged multiple channels. A key driver of the success was the public relations effort, which secured consistent media coverage and facilitated meaningful connections with key stakeholders. DUO created press releases to showcase new offerings and partnerships, and penned diverse content to highlight the company’s expertise and thought leadership. As a result:

  • 60 content articles were drafted for the July 2023 – June 2024 period, each with key spokespeople and talking to relevant topics.
  • 307 pieces of media coverage secured in 12 months. Notable coverage includes presence in TimesLive, IOL, Business Tech, Intelligent CIO, and Hi-Tech Security, among many more. 
    • There was an average of 25.5 instances of media coverage per month over the 12 month period. That equates to an average of being in the media – positively – six times a week for an entire year.
  • 35 broadcast media interviews were secured during the one-year period. Notable appearances included 702, eNCA, Newzroom Afrika, PowerFM and KayaFM. This is an average of 3 broadcast  interviews per month,
