Jed Hewson: Director of 1Stream
Jed Hewson is a director of 1Stream, which offers a complete hosted contact centre solution tailored to South African needs. Responsible for managing the entire technology platform and administration process of setting up a hosted call centre for his clients, Jed is extremely hands-on when it comes to ensuring that every client has a secure environment to integrate with 1Stream’s technology solution. Working as a Technology Director, Jed helped pioneer the voicemail and unified messaging industry in South Africa, including delivering SA’s first contact centre using VOIP over ATM, a protocol designed for a network that must handle both traditional high-throughput data traffic (e.g., file transfers), and real-time, low-latency content such as voice and video. He studied at York University and has spent the last 15 years in the IT industry.
Wesley Lynch: CEO and Founder, Realmdigital
Driven by a passion for software and problem solving, Wesley Lynch founded Realmdigital in 1999. Wesley works as part of the Realmdigital team that helps businesses leverage the cloud services to produce scalable solutions, improve performance and reduce cost. His team works on providing the best and latest cloud computing innovations and practices. As a technology entrepreneur, Wesley has over a decade of experience in the financial, business and software development industries; gained both locally and during his time in the UK.
